Who we are

VisaForUzbekistan is an independent visa assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Uzbekistan or any government agency. You are paying us to prepare, verify and submit your application on your behalf and to support you until a decision is made.

What our service includes

• Collection and verification of your passport details and photograph against official requirements
• Preparation and submission of your application on the official portal
• Payment of the government fee on your behalf — US$20 single entry, US$35 double, US$50 multiple (included in our price)
• Status updates by WhatsApp and email, and delivery of your visa PDF once issued

No guarantee of approval

Visa decisions are made solely by the authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We cannot influence, accelerate or guarantee the outcome of any application. Processing times we quote are typical times published or observed, not promises.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, for holding a passport that meets validity requirements, and for checking that the details on your issued visa match your passport before travelling. Entry to Uzbekistan remains at the discretion of border authorities even with a valid visa.

Fees and refunds

Our price includes the government fee (US$20–US$50 depending on entry type), which becomes non-refundable the moment an application is submitted to the government, as set by Uzbek authorities. Our service-fee refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by government decisions, delays, border refusals, changes to visa policy, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
